Located on Bull Shoals Lake on the main channel of the White River between Buck Creek and Big Creek, this all-wooded Arkansas land is close to the water and has more than a mile of government take line as part of its boundary. Several places on it allow an easy walk to the water.

There are multiple building sites here, and lots of living creatures (mostly four legged ones, or the kind with wings). A dead-end county gravel road that comes south out of Missouri crosses this acreage, and would facilitate a division of the land if you decide to develop it. We hope you won't.

Once you've scuba dived in the crystal clear lake to depths of 150 feet right next to your land, caught bass on top water lures, crappie on jigs, big catfish on your trotline, and grilled venison steaks and wild turkey breast fillets on your bar-b-que grill, you just might decide that having no close neighbors is not a real bad thing. For those looking for a high rise condo in a busy area, this definitely ain't it.
