Although located on the north side of the lake, this is an Arkansas property with a Protem, MO address. In fact, the north line of this all wooded land is the state line. The view of the main channel of the Bull Shoals is beautiful, and, with more than a mile of government take line as part of its boundary, it might be tough to pick your best building site. Several places on it allow an easy walk to the water.

The main short term drawback on this deal is that the electric power is coming from Missouri, and the current line ends over a mile to the north. In the short run, think either solar or a generator.

The shape of the property is unusual but gives ready access to lots of Corps of Engineers lake boundary land, which is your main neighbor. You can hunt on that land, fish off of it, and probably decide that it’s the best neighbor you ever had.
